Thursday, May 25, 2006 (A week after my surgery)
I went back to the doctor for more results. We arrived at 9:20 a.m. and the doctor came in an hour later with a huge smile. She said she found NO CANCER! She took 4 lymph nodes and they were all cancer free. She said it turned out better than she could ever imagine. We hugged and rejoiced. It was just a confirmation of what God had told me.
4Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:4-7
