Sunday, April 30th, 2006, The Holy Spirit moved in a church service and spoke through Pastor Mark at MPN. He gave the scripture Psalm 91:1&2- “He that dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in Him will I trust.”
Pastor Mark, through the urging of the Holy Spirit, gave this word the Sunday before I received my test results. He said, “The darkness that you see is not the shadow of death, but rather it is the shadow of my wings.”
Kirk & I knew that the test results were not going to be good but God was preparing us that we would walk through darkness but we would be in His hands (in the Shadow of His wings).
